Working with the customer the design and development team:

1. Create CAD product designs and detailed engineering drawings from a hand drawn image or product idea
2. Take virtually any computer generated file format and re-engineer the design - using "Solid Works" Amada "Sheet Works" for 3D product design and modeling
3. Refine the product design to improve usability, design, style and function
4. Recommend design changes to achieve lower production costs or to meet a specified budget
5. Use detailed design specs to product samples and proto-types
6. Provide A0 hard copy drawings or electronic specification drawings which are linked directly to the manufacturing facility
7. Use "nesting" software packages to ensure best use of raw materials and avoid unnecessary wastage and material costs.
