Over the past 30 years, our bending facilities have changed drastically. From 400-ton large footprint hydraulic bending machines. To the modern windows based touch screen press brake. Our skilled workforce has come to understand the keys to being successful in this sector. Bringing repeatable accuracy at competitive prices.

We have fourteen bending machines. Three with 4m long beds. Seven with 3m long beds. Three with 2.5m long beds. Capable of bending to most customer needs. Some of the benefits of our bending facilities are :-

1. Many of our machines have a full-colour display. Showing the setter how and where to load the parts for fast and accurate processing.
2. Eight machines have offline programming (reducing setup time, and cost). This is where we can take the Solidworks 3D part, and write a bending program on a PC not on the machine. The setter no longer has to tie up the bending machine to come up with a tooling solution then input bend sizes and angles. The software has already written the bend program. The setter loads the program this guides him where to load the tooling and the part. A finished bent part can come off the bending machine in less than 5 minutes.
3. Many of our bending machines benefit from being paired to an angle measuring device (Digi-Pro). This will measure the angle of a part, compare it to the program and automatically adjust the angle correctly. Enabling parts to be bent in less time and less scrappage.
