Amada Brake Press Techology

However for lower volume work or jobs where design is being perpetually improved and modified, Amada brake presses are the ideal tool for the job. With a range of six CNC machines we have the capacity to handle blanks up to 4 metres in length, and G&C carry an extensive range of tooling allowing for most jobs to be easily converted

Power Press

Once the punched blanks have been produced they may need to be formed into 3D shapes. For large volume work power presses with specialised tooling are used, G&C has a tool room with facilities to manufacture press tooling for this purpose and presses up to 100 tonnes in capacity.
